I'm doing my best to say eff you to old a...G --<br />I'm doing my best to say eff you to old age, but old age seems to be getting the last laugh.<br /><br />As a 50-yr-old I swam a 200 scm fly in 2:18.8, as a 55-yr-old 2:19.7.
