It was actually the filmmakers who were making fun of autistic people here. iI suggest you take up your cause with them. Warner Brothers released the movie, and Zach Galifianakis portrayed Alan. I'm sure an angry letter to them would convince them of the error of their ways.John Craighttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08729625146043379286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5794535954827182754.post-61755895537417016152014-02-16T09:36:43.854-05:002014-02-16T09:36:43.854-05:00Would you say yes its ok to make fun of autistic i...Would you say yes its ok to make fun of autistic if your child was autistic, I think not!!
Its ignorant people like you the world doesnt need!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5794535954827182754.post-30981148773930184342009-12-27T18:57:55.244-05:002009-12-27T18:57:55.244-05:00Julie -- Yes, I watched the credits, as did my 15 ...Julie -- Yes, I watched the credits, as did my 15 year old daughter. I didn't think they were so bad; I suspect our kids are a lot less innocent than we'd like to believe. Then again, I set low standards in terms of some things, I suspect you guys are a lot more refined than us.

If you want to really squirm, watch "Bruno," which is one of the most cringe-inducing yet funniest movies I've ever seen. I made the mistake of allowing my daughter to sit in on that, which I regret. Part of the problem is, once they've sat through part of it, and gotten into it, telling them to leave is useless; they won't.John Craighttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08729625146043379286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5794535954827182754.post-7823652452243468692009-12-27T18:51:05.195-05:002009-12-27T18:51:05.195-05:00John, I was on vacation and the kids urged me to ...John, I was on vacation and the kids urged me to take them to this movie. I knew that it was about a bachelor party, which made me think twice, but went anyhow and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Just as the credits were about to roll, I thought to myself, "It could have been a lot worse." Then the photos displaying what really happened during the bachelor party appeared on the screen, along with the credits. Did you happen to watch through the credits???
