Reading about the $18.4 billion in bonuses doled out to bankers and traders who work for essentially bankrupt firms reminds me of what it was like to work there. The Street is full of guys with 110 to 120 IQs who think they're brilliant and who have a huge sense of entitlement.
I've also known a fair number of guys, mostly elsewhere, with higher IQs and a lesser sense of entitlement.
The latter are, trust me, infinitely preferable company.
