This is an interesting read. I had always thought that whatever prominence Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had attained as an environmental advocate was primarily because of his name. While that opinion hasn't changed, after reading the linked article I will no longer think of him as an airhead.
I'm not sure about the morality of the NY Post in publishing excerpts from a private diary, but in a way they did him a favor since RFK's observations about the prominent figures mentioned are all right on target.

I assume you're referring to the diary entries, not his more recent comment: "I have nothing but respect for Governor Cuomo, Rev. Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, all of whom have distinguished themselves as extraordinary national leaders over the past decade." I guess he no longer "feels dirty around" Jesse. He must have changed deodorants or something.

Yes, exactly.
And yes, it would take a lot more than a new deodorant to wash the smell of sociopathy away from Jesse Jackson.
The contrast between RFK's public pronouncements and his private musings is actually quite funny. You have to wonder if most Democrats have such a big disparity between what they think and what they say.
