Happy New Year!

Every year, for the first two weeks of January, my YMCA is packed. And the same thought always occurs:

New Year's resolutions are for those with no discipline the rest of the year.

Hi John,

That's funny especially because it's true. The gym has been crowded lately, and I'm hoping that people will forget their resolutions so I can get a lane in for swimming or do weight lifting without people staring at me to finish at a station.

Excuse me, but I was first...lol Brian

I feel the same. I suppose I should be supportive of those who are jumping on the good-health band wagon, however short-lived, but I'm not. I just want them to go away -- and quickly.
